Makeup Monday...Elie Saab Paris FW SS2011

Better a little late than never...I've found some face charts of the recent shows and will be posting my faves each monday...

Just a heads up, there's a trend in makeup towards soft lines and very blended eye shadows...there's a lot of it but it's blended out onto the entire eye. It's soft and feminine yet bold at the same time.

Here's how to do it:

Eye

Espresso eye shadow – to contour and define the eyes on the outer corners.

True chartreuse pigment – blended onto the inner corners of the eyes. 

Star brunette dazzle lash mascara – combed through after applying 33 lash.

Lip

Bare again lipstick (available 2011) – applied with finger for a casual but sensual lip.

Face

Studio sculpt foundation – for perfected skin. 

Prep + prime transparent finishing powder – for matte skin. 

Golden bronze iridescent powder – to highlight the cheeks. 

Fleur power powder blush – to warm the cheeks.
